I purchased a "Rolex Presidential Day/Date" from this company for $8199.00 around Christmas of 2008. They shipped the watch promptly however the watch was damaged in shipment and it had to be returned. They paid for the watch to be sent back and then in around 3 weeks sent back a totally different watch stating that it had been repaired and in another week or so I would have a file with all of the watches documentation in it.
There seem to be 3 people you can reach at this company, Brian ~ head honcho, Mike ~ the Christian (Yeah right) and Tammy ~ the oh so willing to help you.

This company has my $8199.00 and according to 3 reputable master watchmakers I have a fake Rolex presidential day date worth around $25.00 in parts.
This company needs to be stopped they are taking advantage of too many people and I am not going to stand by and watch. I WANT LEGAL ACTION. If there are any attorneys out there interested in my case please contact Rip off report for my details.
Thank you.

Perpetual Diamonds / Alex Jewelry Rolex Scam Fraud Imitation Fake Deceptive Jewelers Atlanta Georgia

AUTHOR: Jade - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 29, 2009

At one point after being harassed by Tammy, I came on here and took back my statement of having been ripped off. I cannot do that in good conscious. Let "Tammy" try to do whatever she would like to my business, I sell what I sell it is all real and there is NEVER a fake sent out in place of the real thing. Feel free to check out my site www.motherearthfathertime.com. I do not rip off my clientele with cheap replicas unless they want a replica of something we had made for them.
For example some women do not want to wear their 10ctw tennis bracelet on an every day basis, but want something that is similar on their wrist all the time so we will make a copy of the tennis bracelet we made for them by making a second bracelet usually out of Sterling Silver if it was White gold or a plated Sterling Silver if it was yellow gold then place cz's instead of diamonds or any other stone.
Perpetual Diamonds, Alex Jewelers Just send you out a fake Rolex watch. To the untrained eye, it passes for a Rolex. If you have ever held a REAL ROLEX, you know the weight is off.
They need to be arrested for theft by deception My PI is on that as I write.

Private Investigator Solves Perpetual Diamonds/Alex Jewelry Rolex "Scam"

AUTHOR: Jade - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, March 21, 2009

I am semi-please to report, although I had to spend several thousand more dollars, that the Rolex watch that I purchased from Perpetual Diamonds/Alex Jewelry is legitimate.

It appears that the Mall chain sales person who stated it was a fake was actually trying to sell us another Rolex, so stated that the one that was purchased from Perpetual Diamonds/Alex Jewelry was a fake.

After the Private Investigator, a retired 40 year veteran of the police detective department, finished his job and took the watch to a master watchmaker it was determined that the watch is legitimate.

The most that is a problem with Perpetual Diamonds/Alex Jewelry is that they are disorganized at best and cannot get paperwork etc out when promised.

This could be due to the business being a small Internet business that just has a website that looks like they are a huge "brick & mortar" building.

I apologize for not having the investigation done before filing the report, however, I am still awaiting the paperwork for my presidential day /date since December 20, 2008.
