Personnel Concepts FRAUD, LIERS, BULLIES.. RUN AWAY Ontario California

They used the old bait and switch and bullying techniques on my employees. I authorized a $25 poster order without researching the company. They send us an additional $225 in items we didn't order. We kept the $25 item and issued a check and mailed back the rest on the same day.

They claim they never received the order that we never authorized back. After 4 calls explaining to them what they did wrong. They claim we authorized it and they have audio recording proof... Seriously they are not even good liers

Now, their Collections Department Dog KELLY COOK who can be contacted at 888-343-6728 threatening to send us to a collections agency.  We told her the same thing we told everyone eles at that company.

 I dare them to go after us via Credit Collections. This will give us an opening to rip them apart in court. Everyone else on this site will be contacted and we will all file a joint law suit.

 These people are the worst,

 FYI Yellow Pages is the exact same... Run away from all these people. It's too much of a headache and pure disgust with these dirty companies and their bad business practices
