Interested in buying a dealership from PC ? Better ask these questions when you get the answers a red flag should pop up.
Ask them to supply you with 10 distributers phone numbers and locations that are sucessfully and  proof of how many bottles they are selling a month.
Ask them why you are prohibited to have your own PC website in your location, with social media sites. Wait till you hear Ted's answer for that one. Think Red Flag.
Ask them why they dont they have  meetings to exchange Idea's ?
Ask then why they dont have Dealership forums on line to exchange idea's ?
Ask them why they dont have webinar's ?
They do not want dealers talking to each other. There answer is they are to busy.
Ask then how many territories that have sold over and over again.
Visit at least 10 to 15 pet stores or pet supply stores. You will find out even on consignment they are not interested in taking PC In, PC only offers them 28 to 30% margin. All pet store accessories  earn between 50 and 60%. Even the 2 sq foot display PC has, is not worth the floor space or the return. I know I lost 16k. Now I am paying money to store it.  I am lucky I only invested 16k most dealers invested 40k. 
Ask them if it sells so well why are they not in the metropolitan areas. My dealership was in New York. Pet and Pet supplies stores were not interested. I should of visited 10 to 15 stores, if I did they would not have my check. Do your home work I did not do enough of it.
