hi I returned my service dogs  dog food because he is allergic to it . they would not give the money back and said  they wanted to give me in store credit. I told them I will not be buying anything else from them as he is allergic to the things in the store. I had proof I bought the food there. I told the manager I wanted my money  and he refused.
So I left and decided to file a rip off report and the store and with my local consumer fraud place. It is only right you do not buy anything else from a store that you dog is allergic to  and get your money back. I have to get his food at a feed store and I told the manager that. I am tired of being ripped off and I want other people to know.
I also know of a person who had her dogs hair cut at the same store and the dog was all cut up and the eyes damaged. She tried to talk to them about it and asked if they would at least pay the vet bills and they would not do anything and the dog the dog ended up dying because of the injuries.

The groomer was in experienced and they moved her to another store.
