I returned a no bark collar for my money back. There is a 100 % customer satisfaction guarantee on the site. I am getting a credit instead of my money back. I have no use for the credit so I am being ripped off. This is not good business practice. I know animal lovers all over the state and will no doubt tell everyone I know not to use this company.

Was the return made within 30 days of the purchase date? If not, there's no rip off and you're lucky to have even received a credit. Their refund policy is 30 days from the purchase date.
