PETER CARTER, CABLING INNOVATIONS ripoffed technicians and using main company excuses or "chargebacks" or advances that we never asked from him, has been ripping off nearly 8 to 13 different technicians CLEARWATER Florida

This employer has been stealing money from more than 4 technicians that were positive of.
He uses the excuses of "chargeback", and "Advances" that we NEVER asked him for or never even gotten.
TOTAL out of the last 4 checks, he's stolen from myself, over 5,000 dollars if not more.
This man will not and cannot produce the proof of which he states is the reasons for keeping our checks.

Im in the process of obtaining all work Ive done since January of 2006 and another tech is also, Im also trying to find all the other techs that have also quit his employment because of stealing from our checks matters.

This man also,goes to our local Dow Electronics office for supplies, and the man that runs the one in Tampa told us today that Peter (the man in question) has been coming into the office to buy equipment, buying the cheapest there is, then the next day, goes to the main office saying he bought the high priced stuff even though he didnt, and wants the better products in exchange.
So we have also, another personin on this outside of DIRECTV.
The actual DTV company says they cannot do anything about their sub contractor and to contact the authorities on the matter.

As for suing him... he left us high and dry without any money to support our families, after working 7 days a week from 7 am to at times 8/9PM.
SO, He knows we dont have the money to take him to court,which is WHY he kept our last 3 checks total.

I mean, how can you "overpay" nearly 4 different people more than 400.00 total each on "accident"?

PLEASE,PLEASE anyone out there, please help us to bring this man down before he keeps on doing this, from what ive heard, he's been doing things like this for over a year to many people.

Another note: He keeps calling us late at night every cuople days and hanging up, 2 to 7 times in a row, waking up my children and everyone else.

THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!!
