What Janet Dani are you referring to, because she never went to Las Vegas. WOW. Thats some incorrect information right there, along with everything else you wrote.

Yes there was another attorney hired in Waukegan but was advised to go to a bigger firm, YOURS, and I did just that. The attorney was never paid because the attorney was never used except for the inital file which is paid for before the filing occured. And yes, USUALLY when people are about to lose there home or already are losing there home, they come to you, I believe that is the purpose.

So your statement of "already had a foreclosure judgement against her" probably makes sense. Not understanding why you people didnt get it? People obviously dont come in there and hire an attorney when they are current on payments with their mortage, its not rocket science.

And if that was the truth, about Ms Janet Dani coming in and failed to let you know about the judgement already in place, what kind of lawyers wouldnt know that there is a judgement, obviously the county in which she resided and in which the home in question is was in Lake County, wouldnt you want to check and see if there were any pending cases there reguarding this matter? Again not rocket science.

And the citation to discover assets, if that did happen, that must of been another court date you failed to inform.

Janet Dani of Graylake Illinois filed this false report. Again, a case of "it's pretty easy to find out who is posting anonymous lies on the internet". Her real complaint should be about herself (one attorney defending her foreclosure withdrew from representing her because she disappeared and was last found by him in Las Vegas).

Before she showed up in our office, she had actually filed a Chapter 13 with ANOTHER very nice attorney in Waukegan, did not pay the attorney or her Chapter 13 payments, and the case was dismissed. She lied and concealed that, and also did not tell us that a foreclosure judgment had ALREADY been entered against her. So she shows up, lies about all that, and hires us to file what we thought was her first Chapter 13. Then she disappeared, failed to sign her documents and file it, only to show up one day with a motion to confirm the sheriff sale that was conducted already, that she never told us about for the NEXT DAY! We informed her that Chapter 13 would not be effective since the house had long ago been sold, and gave her back her retainer. She thanked us and left, only to go home and post ANONYMOUS LIES on this website. She had also been arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a citation to discover assets. This is the kind of person that posts lies about her attorneys on the internet.
