 I went for consultation in Sept I was pleased was told lawyer fee was 1000.00 and 700.00 for bankruptcy. Went back early Oct gave 500.00 down signed all paper work to do chper 7. 2weeks later paid 500.00 to get started. After that went down hill, no follow ups, claim number, updates nothing! Went to office come to find out my income was computed incorrectly, again more delay, its the Nov at this point. Decided to pull out Dec 7th was told okay we will get you some of your money back by Rodney and Levita, called back the following week was told I was not getting any of my 1000.00 dollars back because they did paperwrk for me since Sept. I can understand them taking something out for their time but they did absolutely nothing that I can see that should entitle them to all of the 1000.00. I feel they did not act in good favor and just took my money.. I never signed anything stating my payment was non refundable
