Well it appears that Pete is in denial of any wrong doing as usual.  Yes, there are several people with the name of Pete Helfrich and I'm sure they all don't like the fact that when you do a Google search, that Pete Helfrich of Pahrump, Nevada (formerly a resident of Spencerport, NY and Plattsburgh, NY) that his name comes up plastered all over the place under several Ripoff Reports, complaint boards, ratemycustomer.com reviews, malicious and disgusting youtube videos, moronic blogs, bogus black mold disease, and alleged mistreatment in the Nye County Jail after he beat up his girlfriend last year.  Etc etc.  

The bottom line is Pete isn't fooling anybody with that pathetic excuse.  We all know it's you, Pete.  Your behavior alone is consistent with every single thing you post, your sentence and paragraph structure is the same, and your attitude of how you think your entitled to a hand out courtesy of our tax dollars all points to you, Peter Jason Helfrich.

The truth is, I'm 34 years old, spent 12 years at a community college to earn a 2 year degree. I am full of self hate and have no self respect and like to drag others down to my level. Apparently, in addition to the state, county, and local police keeping their eyes on Peter for assault, marijuana cultivation, drug dealing, and harassment, add the feds to the umbrella of Pete's watchdogs!

Apparently in 2005 Peter sent death threats to the mayor and village clerk of Brockport, NY, the then mayor of Rochester William A. Johnson, the then interem president of SUNY Brockport, the Brockport police department, and President Geo. H. W. Bush!

Apparently he put a return address of a friend of his in Brockport on the packages to make it look like he sent them and they were soon traced back to Peter. He was under investigation by the F.B.I., US Postal Inspectors, and the US Secret Service.

Sources close to the case say he denied all charges and refused to go in for questioning. Apparently a fingerprint of his was found on one of the packages. However, due to legality, several fingerprints of the same individual must be found for prosecution. And due to the advice of a welfare provided legal advisor, Peter found a loophole in the system allowing him to refuse questioning due to circumstancial evidence.

Once again, Pete's malicous lies came back to bite him. And, once again, Pete would not even man up and talk to authorities. If he was innocent, why wouldn't he cooperate?

So there you have it:

-abuses the elderly and disabled
-grows and sells marijuana
-defrauds NY State taxpayers by leeching off welfare while he is more than capable of working

Once they were safetely removed, pictures were taken of the room and a investigation is pending.

This is in addition to one of Pete and Raymond Helfrich's drug associates getting arrested. Apparently Pete has a big mouth and is snitching out his father and some of their drug enterprise associates. Drug dealers don't like unnecessary attention from the police; go figure!

The audio is Emmy Helfrich calling up our home phone & leaving drunken rants on the answering machine even though she has had 3 Cease & Desist Contact orders mailed to her home via certified mail.


This audio evidence would be enough to have her brought up on harassment charges if the D.A. & the court system actually adhered to the laws that govern our state.

Their failure to act accordingly only once again proves that if this situation proves in court who the real harasser is (E. Helfrich) it would bring light to the Kangaroo Court reaming I got in Parma Town Court which would then expose the real reason I was convicted which was to silence me & keep me from pressing charges against the Sheriffs department for harassment/threats, not to mention preventing me from suing Emily Helfrich for slander & the D.A.'s office for their witch hunt of Kangaroo case.

The sheer fact that Judge Maley threw these same charges out in 2002 should make you wonder how such a mental case was even allowed to testify. By the way...do you know that if you are disabled, that you can earn up to , its either $100 or $200 per month after you deduct expenses and you don't have to report it to social security.... you can make arround $650 or so per month before they start docking you.... and you have to make , I think it is arround $15,000 to $18,000 per year before they will stop payments...and if something happens that you imediately get your benifits restored...They want to encourage the disabled to work and dont mind if they make extra money.
