Peter Popoff was exposed as a fraud by the James Randi Educational Foundation in the late-1980s.  He eventually had to declare bankruptcy.  His resurgence- which has lead to a rebuilding of his opulent lifestyle- has been built on idiots like you who can't be bothered to do a simple google search before handing hucksters money.  I have no doubt that if you hadn't given money you don't have to Popoff, you would have given it to Joel Osteen or any number of similar hucksters.
