Petit Ermitage THIS S WORST HOTEL in LA I have ever been in my life.... Los Angeles, California This hotel has the honor of being the #1 worst place I've ever visited in my entire life and I would not recommend it to anybody. First of all, I was with celebrity, he lost wallet with a lot of cash and watch 50k worth.We called security, they talked ..talked but never gave us video footage or helped or reimbursed us. Second problem happened after my client, celebrity arrived it was zillion of paparazzi, but we warn and asked to be confidential. Later we found out stuff been paid for information. I won't get into a lot of detail here, but I put a lot of thought, time and energy into my visit and when I expressed how unsatisfied I was with their level of service I was only greeted with mysterious add-on charges (without an itemized receipt). This is the only place I've ever stayed at that does not care what the guests think or feel. A lady called herself vip manager Aura Serna spoke very badly to my client and me. Even said you celebrity, should pay more, you have more money. And she said that you're guys not from US, just f...g immigrants... well, unbelievable. ..My client world-wide star.. We tried to complain to CEO Stephan Ashkenazi, he said I don t care, I have money and great attorneys. .. We filed police report.I've never been so disrespected while spending money in my entire life.

Do yourself a favor and never stay in this low quality over priced with impolite and no manners stuff -Petit Ermitage. This place is a complete rip-off and they will charge you as much money as they possibly can without anything that even somewhat resembles an explanation. And till now, the owner or hotel never reimbursed lost watch 50k, never apologies and not only celebrity, even paparazzi went intrude after inside our private 4th floor space.
