Petra Mexican Bistro Petra Restaurant Ventures, LLC Wrongfully terminated w/out supporting paperwork McKinney Texas

       On December 11, 2015, I answered the phone at Petra. The owner had the Assistant Manger walk the general store manager onto the patio and tell her she was being terminated. She had been there a year, and I could find no supporting documentation as to why she was being fired. I am scared to ask ownership for supporting documentation because I know there is none, and I don't want to be terminated wrongfully. Needless to say my employment at Petra is still active. My co-workers and I find it very unfair the way everyone has been treated by the owner. He demoted everyone in the restaurant except for his son and his good friend. I want the public to know that working for a company like this can lead to wrongful termination, illegal demotions and pay-cuts, and over-all discrimination of all types.
