Petro Canada Pivot Visa Incompetent, fraudulent, unprofessional Toronto Ontario Canada

BEWARE of this company! We made a huge mistake trusting Petro-Canada's name on this card. It is called Pivot Visa, and is backed by All Trans Financial Services in Toronto.

- we ordered the personalized card at a cost of $60 which promised quick mail delievery within days. It took close to two weeks to get the card, even though we PAID to get fast delivery of it. One of several lies PIVOT/Petro-Canada makes.

- About a month after we got the card, it was used in another province fraudulently. This was very suspicious to us as the card was used only a few times on secure sites, we KNOW nobody got our information as we are very careful, yet someone got a lot of information on the card (name, number, CVV2, PIN, Expiry date) and were able to use the data to make a charge. Idiot supervisor Mike even went so far as to say it was OUR fault, and we were committing fraud.

- we disputed the charge, had to fill out a form and e-mail it to PIVOT. We e-mailed it several times, supervisor Mike claims they never got it. Even though it was never returned to us in e-mail as all e-mail does that doesn't reach the source. Idiot Mike keeps telling us to e-mail the form. We keep saying we did. He keeps saying they didn't get it. Lather, rinse, repeat. I believe they got the e-mail and are ignorging it, or hiding the fact that just maybe our information was compromised from within their company.

- We bought 2, $100 vouchers to reload the card. They do not work. Called PIVOT, and clueless customer service rep said PIVOT cannot load cards over the phone, even though it says RIGHT ON THE CARD to call them to load the card. So we now have to scan and e-mail copies of the cards and receipt to them. Oh great, here we go again with baboons who don't know how to check e-mail. CS rep said it would be investigated (LOL) and could take up to a week to get our funds. Even though we paid cash for the cards, Petro-Can happily took our cash, and now we can't use the cards...and of course Pivot will not refund us any late fees because of pre-auth charges we have set up on the card that will not go through.

Avoid this company at all costs. We have written Petro-Canada and they don't care. Dealing with pivot is impossible, their employess and supervisor are completely useless. They are complete garbage, rude, unprofessional, and every word they say is dishonest and a lie.
