Petro Oil Petro Oil - TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR OIL PUMPED OUT Marlboro, New Jersey

Below is a back story to what happened originally.  Long story short: Petro Oil agreed to pump out the unauthorized oil from my tank, and now they are trying to charge me for the oil they pumped out.  In other words they took their product back, and they still want their money.  They put me in collections even after they agreed not to charge me for the oil.  I honestly do not recommend their service to anybody.  The collection company has closed my file for dispute between me and Petro, and has stepped away from it. 

Original issue
I have / had (cancelled) a temporary variable account with Petro Oil. I chose this plan because we knew we were switching to Natural Gas within the next 1-2 months, but needed oil heat to be able to work in the house through this winter. Well the same morning I was calling in to cancel the account, I was informed that they just filled my oil tank without contacting me or without notice. Now I have a full oil tank that I can't use at all, and on top of it, I'm told that they won't pump or remove the oil for me. I have to pay the bill for oil I didn't authorize delivery on, and now I have to call a waste company to remove it? When I first signed up for the account, I informed the sales rep that this was only temporary, and I would let them know when or if I needed any future deliveries. I am still trying to settle this with Petro, and do not recommend their sevrvice to anyone.
