Pets Paradise Owner: Dave Webnot Over charged No Cash Refunds Sacramento California

I have been shopping at this establishment for a few years now and had been fairly satisfied until recently upon purchasing some expensive items that I found in another pet store for a fraction of the cost. I requested a refund of the unused items and the owner refused. There are no signs posted anywhere "no refunds, store credit only." He will only accept cash payments and tells you that a receipt isn't necessary because "I'll treat you right." I believe he pockets most of the money and spends little on the business to just keep it afloat for this store is always dark, smelling of urine and the animals he sells are cruelly in small cages. On many occasions we have had to let the staff know there were dead animals in the cages or aquariums which looked like had been there for quite some time. Overcharging the customers and upon revelation of this fact refusal to refund your money is bad business plain and simple. Customers please be warned!
