Petsmart Store refused to sell me a toy for my cat and said they would destroy it rather than sell it to me. North Las Vegas Nevada

 As a former petsmart employee, I can tell you that if something comes up at $0.01 when scanned then they can't sell it. End of story. It was NOT a pricing error, as you seem to think, it was simply not being sold by the store anymore. They can't sell it to you because it literally is no longer in their system. Yes it's ridiculous they have to destroy it, but that's the company policy and there's nothing the store employees can do about it. They weren't refusing to sell you it because they didn't want to find the proper price, or whatever ridiculous reasons you think they refused, it's simply because it's not allowed.

 It OBVIOUS that YOU dont care about other ppl or thier jobs in defference to YOUR CAT!!!! Im 100% sure that ppl like YOU never see beyond thier PETTY and TRITE demands. They COULD NOT sell it to you without putting thier job at risk. See EVERY company out there has a section called LP or LOSS PREVENTION. Thier job is to ensure that the employees are NOT stealing and NOT selling items and pocketing the cash. Selling a item at .01 is a GIANT RED FLAG!!!!!! So if they had sold you that item THEY would have been putting thier jobs at risk all because your cat NEEDS one specific toy. The ppl there are correct that thier companies policy on penny items is to destroy them. Because THAT is what is expected of them by thier company. Awful nice of you to basically LIE due solely to YOUR ignorance.

YOU have twisted the truth to make yourself look like a victim but the REALITY is that those employees DID THIER JOB!!!! As perscribed by the company who pays them!!1 YOU HAVE NOT BEEN RIPPED OFF!!!! In the TYPICAL ignorant fashion YOU HAVE ASSUMED and in doing so put yourself at risk for a defamation lawsuit. YOU have willingly and with malice CHOSEN to post what amounts to a TWISTED story of employees DOING THIER JOB!!!! YOUR CAT is NOT going to know the difference in WHICH toy you get, its just going to be happy YOU are playing with it. Yet again ANOTHER consumer who is willing to LIE to get something for NOTHING and ALL due to YOUR IGNORANCE!!!! How does it feel knowing that YOU have posted LIES?? How does it feel to DEFAME innocent people all because YOU are such a SOUR person?? We get it, your old cat died, THAT doesnt give YOU the right to bash INNOCENT ppl all because YOU DIDNT GET YOUR WAY!!!
