So Petspectation offered this wonderful deal where you could order 1, 2 or 3 bags of dog food at a time & promised delivery times of 10-14 days from date of order & you could order again 2 days after receipt of your last delivery. Prices varied depending on the number of bags & they were always running specials. If you did the 2 or 3 bags at a time you had to pay for the whole year up front, but if you did 1 bag at a time it was a monthly charge of $39. They offered food from companies such as Arkana, Fromm, & Orijen, as well as other larger commercial brands. For those of us who like to feed our pets a premium food, this was a great deal, as the cost for premium food is sky high. Even for those who feed the larger commercial brands, being able to order as often as every 17 days made it very attractive. Unfortunately, this made it very attractive to breeders & animal rescue groups, as they are dealing with large numbers of dogs. I fall into the second category as do my friends & unfortunately we don't have a lot of resources which is what made this so attractive. Food & veterinary care are our largest expenses. So this company has cost us anywhere from $500 - $1200 & at most delivered 1 or 2 shipments, if any at all. That is money that was desperately needed & could have been put to better use. So as most would say, if it's too good to be true, it's a ripoff. So buyer beware & we should have known better. However, it's not that black & white. There were write ups on blogs/groups of current customers giving positive reviews with several groups who tracked the company over several months of using the service, with great results. Many of us did our due diligence. So again, poo poo on us as you paid by credit card our PayPal & you'll get a refund.

Well again, not so black & white. Not everyone had a credit card for various reasons & used a debit card. Debit cards do not have the same level of consumer protection. So again, many of us are out hinted or thousands of dollars & we feel ashamed because we recommended this program to our friends & family. Visit my Facebook page I started to collect information on this company & its employees. We want everyone to get a refund, an equal amount of a pet food of their choice or the satisfaction of setting this company & its employees arrested & jailed. We would like to start a class action law suit as well. They company has gone dark, sitting down is web page & closing its Facebook page to further comments. We have some screen shots, but when they knew they were going down, they started to delete everything as fast as they could, including their personal pages.  So the company, company owner (David Tartamella) & their 3rd party credit card processor are in the process of issuing refunds to all the members of the Petspectation site. I was contacted directly by David & he was very apologetic & very sincere. So at this time I'm satisfied that they are truly trying to make amends.
