I thought I could never be conned but I have been, and for a substantial amount of money. Priti Ramjee and Al Paramito work as PGH-Canada and will promise to finance your company using their own internal sources, seeming legitimate and professional, and will negotiate a non-binding Term Sheet with you, and as part of the Term Sheet you will be required to pay a large fee to cover their cost for the "legal and accounting" work to be performed as part of the funding.

However as soon as you pay the fees, they will start making excuses, not returning calls and emails and continuously delaying. I have complied with everything they have asked of me, but they will take your payment for "legal and accounting fees but you will never be funded, and you will never get your payment back. They don't have the ability or the intent to ever finance anything. Do not pay them any money! They are the best con artists I've ever had the displeasure of meeting and will con even the most seasoned business people.
