139.00 was taken out of my account without me even knowing...I have insurance so i dont have a need for their services. I tried to call the company to see what was going on. I was conneccted to customer service who was no help at all. Nobody knew anything. They told me that they were hired by the company to do there customer service and the only way to get in touch with them was through e-mail, but they could not give me an e- mail address. Someone, please tell me how this is legal.
