I wish i would have looked at this company before i accepted to work for them.

COMMENT FROM A FORMER SALES REP TO BUSINESS OWNERS

They tell potential VICTIMS that they work in conjunction with the pharmacies and that their commercials will be seeing by over 10 to 12 thousand clients every month and that the pharmacy indirectly recommends their business to their clients by putting the adds in their stores. the pharmacy owners are not aware that pharmasee tv is using their names to sell the potential victims and to top it off we are instructed to tell the potential victims that "pharmasee.tv" is working in conjunction with the pharmacy owners.

I was assigned a pharmacy in Hialeah and I was supposed to tell potential clients that they have over 500 visitors per day and I personally worked close to the pharmacy a couple of weeks, during different times of the day and I never saw such crowd walking in.

I was hired by Fred Durham a big scam artist , that tries to sell the job and offers you the world and later you have to fight to get paid. therefore they have a weekly heavy revolving door and if you are thinking about leaving steady employment to believe in this scum bag of fred Durham you better think about it twice.

i am not the only one that left the company this week because of payment issues. there is another single mom by the name of Roky that left the company because of payment issues. you can be the best and if you make too much money they try to hussle you to avoid paying you as agreed.

A WORD TO APPLICANTS JOB SEEKERS
I was offered employment with Pharmasee tv and accepted offer and started Oct 6th , 2008. I was offered employment under the following conditions. I am willing to take polygraph test to prove all of the alleged statements .

FRED or I should call FRAUD Durham , sold me the job with the following false Offer.

I was offered a job serving Prarmaseetv as an outside sales representative $500.00 Salary plus 15% Commissions.
Stock Options after a year
Potential to make 120k per year
Full training and support for two weeks ,from Mr. Durham , he promised to go to the field with me and he assured me that they would work with me until I stated to make sales for my self .
The company was open for over 15 years
The company had over 100 sales representatives nationwide
That for the first weeks I just had to set up appointments they would close them for me until I was fully trained.

When Confronted Fred he gave me the run around for two weeks and finally got aggressive and violent when he realized he had no choice but to clarify.

Signed a funny document with a $500 Draw and 12% commission . Did not provide the full training he offered . Was not truthful and mislead me when he made the job offer. Promised an written offer letter and never provided it. Offered the job under false offer
Changed the payment agreement and did not honor the compensation package he offered.Used intimidation & aggression methods to avoid facing responsibility.
Made me signed a independent contractor agreement two weeks after employment in exchange for my payroll check and in order to keep my job had to sign such agreement , because I was in a tramp due to the fact that I quit my job to take his offer and in order to avoid loosing it all in this economy I forced to sign and quit my rights in order to get paid.

Asked me to leave and told me that I would not pay the remaining money owed because I signed the draw instead of salary and my rights were subject to his will.

When I told him that I was going to formally file complaints with the Department Of Labor, Equal Opportunity Employment office , FCC, BBB and a Rip off report, for his actions he threatened me with turning the charge to me for defamation and that he was not going to pay me for the remaining hours that I worked representing pharmasee tv.

Finally after they told me that i could come and pick up a check and to make it worst, made me suffer until the last minute and made me wait in the parking lot like if I was a criminal to get paid.

BE CAREFUL AND DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THAT DID NOT PAY ME BECAUSE IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO, THEY PAID ME BECAUSE THEY KNEW I WAS SERIOUS ABOUT MY MONEY AND AFTER THEY MADE ME LOOSE MY JOB FOR THEIR FALSE EMPLOYMENT OFFER THEY KNEW THAT IT WAS GOIND TO BE MORE EXPESIVE IF THEY DIDNT. BE CAREFUL WITH FRAUD I MEAN FRED DURHAM.
