Pharmazone Labs - Viaprin Unauthorized charges, horrible customer service! Phoenix, Arizona

Just like others that have posted here, we ordered our "free trial" and paid the S&H fee. We were told that we could cancel the subscription in 30 days, so we waited, and waited, and waited. First I found the charge on our account for $48.73. I called my bank, and they said to contact them. So, I did.. The day I contacted them I received a package in the mail. I was shocked when I opened the package and saw that they had charged us the monthly price and we had never received our "free trial".

I called the number above, and was put on hold 4 times before I could even talk. No name was asked for until about 5 minutes later after I was first put on hold. Finally, she comes back on and takes my name and I explain what has happened and she said sorry, but I can't reverse the charges and placed me on hold yet again (it sounded like others were yelling at customers on the other end and being a customer service trainer, I was appalled). She then came back on the line, people still yelling in the back ground, and told me that she can give me 30% back. After a long discussion about how I felt they owed it all back to me, I asked to speak to her manager. And wow, what an eye opener. The manager started yelling at me telling me it was my fault that I was charged because I never called them. I explained to her that their charge went thru unexpectedly and caused us to become over-drawn on our account, we don't keep much in that account, and she told me yelled at me even more and told me that I was stupid for purchasing something that I couldn't afford.

That is when I exploded. Needless to say after reading everyone's reports on here, I doubt if I get my money back even if I send the package back, and just feel that I should count my losses and be done with it. My bank will not do anything about it for 6 months because it has to be investigated.

So, if you read this, I strongly urge you not to contact this place for anything. You will be ripped off, yelled at, talked to like a child and have nothing to show for all the aggravation.
