The viaprin strips are such a ripoff. They do not work, and the company is not willing to give refunds. They gave me a bogus statement that they are waiting on my bank to issue refund. What is that? I am so angry, these people need to be stopped. They are criminals. I am in the process of trying to get my refund. The phone number is bogus, I only reached a real person once. I am filing a complaint with my bank and will hopefully recoup my hard earned money. These people have to be stopped!!!

I am sorry that Viapren didn't work for you. It's really too bad it works so great for so many people that use it. I am sorry that you failed to cancel with customer service before the next shipment came out. I am assuming you ordered online... do you remember the box with the "Terms and Conditions" that you had to check off if you understood them? In that box it clearly states that you will be automatically billed and shipped out more VIAPREN in 10 days from ordering.
I hope that this will serve to teach you to always read things before you agree to them... especially with a debit card!
