Pharmazone Labs Unauthorized charges, not enough time to try product before they run your card. Scottsdale Arizona

I ordered Viapren and the girl on the phone was very friendly. She gave me the phone number to call to cancel if I wasn't satisfied. She told me to call to cancel by the following Friday once I recieved the product just to make sure I cancelled it during the trial period.

I tried the product and it was nothing but a placebo. It did absolutely nothing. It had no effect what so ever. It was basically just a breath strip. Not only that, even if they did work, you have to use 3 strips each time and there are only 24 in each package. At $49.95 they are completely overpriced for nothing.

When I called the following Friday to cancel, after being on hold for 10 minutes, I was told that they had already run my card the day before. I told the woman on the phone that was completely unauthorized and that they didn't wait the 10 days before they ran it. I told her to refund the amount to my card. She told me that was impossible. She said she could run through the steps of how to return the product and get a portion of my money back. I told her I was not interested in getting a portion of my money back, I wanted it all back.

After arguing back and forth with her and getting nowhere, I asked to speak with her manager. She refused. Finally my husband got on the phone. After arguing forever with her, he finally got to the manager. She was completely nasty and told him that they were not going to refund the money. She said all they would do is return a portion once we returned the product.

All I can say is DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!
