Called the advertised number to get a promised free sample. First of all, the sample is not free; you have to pay $10.41 for it. Even during the conversation, I realized I had made a mistake in giving her my credit card information. The sales lady would not permit me to cancel the recurring order said I had to wait for a package then call within 10 days . What a pile of crap! The email cancel feature tells you to call the 800 number, the same phone number given in the package, it's only in service for a few hours each day and when you do get through no one has any authority to take any action other than to charge you more money or get partial credits. Just a scam to get your dollars from you. Do not get ripped off as I did...should have read the Rippoff Report - look at all the other reports...same all the way through
