Phase 4 Interactive IanEugeniuKrzysztof Harassment, Theft, Slander Seattle, Washington

We are a small company that was seeking services outside our group to assist with one of our projects. We contacted a company called Phase 4 Interactive and spoke with a man named Ian. Ian was, at least with his first email, kind enough to speak with us. On his follow up emails however, once we decided to not use his companies services, he got extremely hostile.

He started by bombarding us with emails and voicemail messages. Saying if we did not use his services he would resort to legal action. We ignored him, until the supoena came in the mail. The court case that resulted from, "choosing not to use his services after his poor consulting" was expensive. he did not win, but we ended up paying more for travel to the court and court expenses than we should have ahd to.

This company is full of theives and liars. I would recommend staying as far from them as possible. They will try and come after you just for declining to use their services. We are going to attach a few emails from Mr. Ian in here as well to give you some idea of how our conversation with him have been.
