Phenix Investigations Hidden Fee Scam Invoices began accumulating fees that were not initially discussed or agreed upon. This disagreement led to sloppy work and eventual separation of me from company. Greenwood Indiana

Initial fees were discussed and contract was signed. Later invoices began to show "hidden fees" and this was discussed but fell on deaf ears. Work began to get sloppy and was hit or miss as an investigation should have been done. Very disappointed in this company and was unable to get any of my money returned.
