This report is my last attempt to get reimbursement for the $250 cash deposit I made in April 2014 to reserve a suite at the Phenix Salon Suites location in Frederick, Maryland. After a year of making numerous phone calls and sending test message no one to date has responded to any of my correspondence.
As a nail technician I am not allowed to lease space at this location. This very important detail was not revealed until after the location opened. Phenix Salon Suites Corporation and the franchisee of this location were not compliant to the property agreement they had made.
After watching Gina Rivera on "Under Cover Boss" this evening, again. It infuriates me to hear of all Phenix Salon Suites financial growth, success and the desire to help people grow their own business. Keeping my $250 deposit for something that I will never receive is a breach of contract and simply put, "STEALING"
Phenix Salon Suites has TRULY RIPPED ME OFF................
