The advertising on their official website showed purported customer testimonials claiming fantastic weight loss results and promised an unconditional risk-free 60 day refund, if not satisfied with the product. I tried the one bottle they sent in full, purportedly for a 1-month supply, but the results were most unsatisfactory. This bottle contained only 150 pills and at 6 pills a day it was empty after 25 days.

But rather than losing 1 pound of weight per week on this product as hoped for (I am grossly obese with a BMI of 39 and a starting weight of 240 lbs.,) I gained 0.4 lbs. over that time period. I called the customer service division of the company asking for a refund. I was told they would send me an email. The email was a return authorization (RMA) with 11 points of instructions that needed to be fulfilled for the refund to be issued. 2 of these conditions cannot be fulfilled and are irrational at best. They asked that I MUST:

•Return the empty bottle by Priority Mail, with tracking number and insurance (why?) required. This is a brazen attempt to increase my costs with no benefit to anyone, since there is NO product to be returned. I already threw the empty bottle into the recycling bin.

•The return MUST include the original packaging the product was shipped in. FAILURE TO INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL NULLIFY YOUR ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND.

I did not keep the original packaging (and who does?) which is of no use since I expected the product to work based on their numerous testimonials and I had no intention of returning it. Their testimonials claimed much greater weight loss than I was hoping for.

I had no idea that they would use such chicanery to deny a refund if I wasn’t satisfied. So my suspicion is that this product does NOT work in a majority of cases and by stipulating these crazy conditions they try to limit their damage for actually having to pay a refund.

I believe this company and product to be a scam to rip off weight loss customers.
