Phil Calfy is a conartist. He approached me at a show in Texas. He had seen my work and wanted my to revamp his jeans. He said he was going to have Sylwia of Wornstar do them but he needed the in a time crunch and I was cheaper. I revamp clothing under my business name J&T Creations. He said that his bands, Scars of Amber. was going on tour with Korn in July. (That turned out to be a lie)   He gave me a pair of affliction jeans and stated they were ruined because he got tattoo ink on them.  He showed me a picture of what he wanted done with the jeans. He also asked me to make him a vest. I told him I didnt have a vest and would find one. I asked for his measurements and he said a medium and  he was 15 inches in the shoulder. I asked if I found a womens or a unisex vest, would it work. He said yes.  Ok so I found a vest in  the measurements he gave me. It was a womens but I lengthened it. I showed him pictures. He loved them. I went to send him an invoiced for his work. I end up getting some story about how his band manager depleted his account for some radio promo. Then he offers me a $500 tattoo (hes also an at home tattoo artist and not a very good one) I declined and asked what kind of payment arrangements he could me. He said he would have the money ( $225) in a week and if I  would send the vest and the pants and the jewerly he orders (two leather cuffs and a ball chain necklace) that he would pay me before July 1st. June 25th I get a reply to my text message saying that he needed me to send a new invoice. I resent the invoice. I messaged him several times asking when he was mailing me the money. July 5th he starts messaging me some very hateful things. He wasnt making any sense. Then his girlfriend, some 20 yr old , started messaging me threats about how she was going to kick my a**. I asked what they were talking about. Phil wouldn't respond even though he called my boyfriends bassist, and threatened me and my boyfriend. I found out that he thought I posted a craigslist ad sending people to his house. I told him I didnt but they wouldnt listen. Only then did his girlfriend tell me that the necklace she bought and a bracelet broke and that the vest didnt fit. I told them to return the items they werent happy with and I would deduct that with the total.  She told me to go f**k myself.  Then July 10th, I recieved a message from Phil that he was mailing back the unwanted items and that he was including a money order for the pants and one leather cuff.   I never received anything, I have mailed him several times. I see on fb that he is furniture shopping with his gf. I messaged him asking why he is shopping when he still owes me. He sent make a bunch of hateful messages . Told me he was going to ruin me and my reputation as a seamstress. I will be taking this matter to court.  If you see these pants or this vest, They are stolen. Contact the police as i have reported them stolen.
