Drivers Beware!!!!
This company Philco LLC is notorius for not paying drivers on time and for illegal deductions from your paychecks.
They don't pay drivers on time most pay periods and take out money if you leave them.
They also try to get you to sign an Non Compete, which is worthless in the oil fields but use this scam to take money from your paycheck if you leave.
I will be reporting them to the North Dakota and Colorado Department of Labor for illegal deductions and non payment.

I agree with report and have filed my own report on this website. They are well know in the Oil Fields of shorting on Payroll and taking illegal deductions if you leave them. They even thought it was legal to have drivers sign a NON Compete clause in North dakota and will take money out of your check if you leave. They are the most dishonest group of People I have ever worked for.
