Phil Craig Abandoned His Cases in Atlanta, GA-The Truth Is a Defense

Philip Craig worked for General Food Holdings Boxcar Stores in Atlanta, GA for approximately
6-7 months in the year 2011-2012. He has been paid in full for his time at a salary of $100k per year.

Phil Craig took time off to take his children back and forth to school approx. 1/3 of the
time that he was employed at our company. When asked why his wife could not do
it, he said that she works. It is also fair to say that Phil Craig was not in
the office a great deal of the time, but used the excuse that he had to go to
the library to do research. He was employed as a full-time employee, but I am
sure he was carrying on a private practice as well.  His employment did not allow that. The company
had the services of Westlaw and other software at his disposal. He was always
creating episodes of when he was not to be in the office.

Phil Craig some months ago, told everyone to leave the office and he closed it down without any authority by management.

Phil Craig was the attorney of record for a number of cases. He abandoned those cases and
was reported to the Georgia state bar about his behavior. He refused to put in
additional answers even though he was the attorney of record. Phil Craig lied
to the judge that he had permission to withdraw from these cases. He did not
have permission by management to withdraw from any of these cases and there is correspondence of record.

Phil Craig prided himself on his legal ability as a real estate attorney, but in doing so
he could not finalize a deal. He had a number of his colleagues say what an
outstanding attorney he is for his references, but he did not work at a firm that we knew of for over a year.

Phil Craig said to Jerome Hoffman when the report was done by Fox News to run for your
life, get out of town, and he was afraid that Fox News was to do a story on him
and that is why he told everyone to leave the office. He has caused a great
deal of misunderstanding and trouble by his legal advice.

If you look up Rubert Murdock, who owns Fox News in the United States, they closed the
London newspaper that he owned which was 150 years old because reporters were
taking bribes, tapping the queens phone and bribing Scotland yards.  Jerome Hoffman testified 3 years ago in
London about Fox News and Rubert Murdock. Rubert Murdock through Fox News, did a report on Jerome Hoffman that was
totally misleading. Many reporters have lost their jobs in London over the same type of behavior and key executives have been indicted.

Phil Craigwas afraid that they were going to do a report on him and told Mr. Hoffman
several times to run for his life, get out of town, and live on the run. This is unbelievable that an attorney of the Georgia bar could behave this way and a graduate of Harvard University.

Fox News could not come on private property on the 5th floor of our office.
Their scandal is now coming to the United States.
