Philip Cottrell run a chain of dance studios in Barcelona. I have attened these studios for some time now and recentkly decided to cancel my subscription. Philip Cottrell decided that he would not do this and refused to refund me my 100$ deposit. I do have a contract with him and technically he is in the right. I wouldnt mid so much but half of the equipment is not working.
