I have had a devastating experience with this bankruptcy attorney: Phillip K. Evans. / Rapidbk , in Riverside County. He took my payments (over $1,000) for six months and then disappeared -- offices closed and emptied overnite. So now I dont have the money to complete the bankruptcy proceeding. I am not the only one he has left in the same straits.
