He claimed he sent my client a check, but my client never received it. To add to the insult, Foss says someone on our end received the check and cashed it, which is a total fabrication!
He said his accounting department would send us a copy of this alleged check that was supposedly cashed but he never did. Because it was a lie, obviously! Every call, email and facebook message we sent him has been ignored, and now his phone number is shut down.
His email no longer works, and we had to disconnect from him on fb. Typical scammer actions and non-responsiveness. Now the project he pledged to help with is now on hold and we are in debt due to Foss' dishonorable actions.
Now it appears Foss has several testimonials on his website and presentations all to be false. None of the references have utilized this business model or for that matter even exist as a company.
If you research the company website you will see names and titles of personnel of which many have no position with Optis Group or may not even exist. All of these positions are run by Phil Foss. He wears all the hats that are supposedly listed on his website.
In addition to the fact the employees do not exist. The office is merely in Phil Foss's home. The website indicates there is an office on Jet Stream Blvd. of which all the mail I has been returned undeliverable.
Phil states on his website that the company was started in 1999 of which no proof has ever been shown. In fact the Secretary of State shows the company originated in 2010!
My advice for anyone is to avoid engaging the services of Phillip R. Foss and Optis Group, LLC from Colorado Springs. Please feel free to make comments on the attached blog to share your own experiences.
I now know there are plenty of companies and individuals that have been duped by Phil Foss and Optis Group, LLC from Colorado Springs. We sadly count ourselves among that number.
