Everything horrible that you read on the internet about Phil Cannella and First Senior Financial is 100% true. They do everything to hide the truth from you as they make themselves out to be all about the truth!! The site Red Orbit I reviewed is  posted by one of his employees just as all the great comments you read are all made up. Yes 100% true as he instrusts his employess to write all positive things about him and the company. Mr. Cannella was instructed by having his employees write positive things under made up names it will start to push off the truth about him and his company. Yes it is 100% TRUE that he screwed several of his advisors out of thousands of dollars in pay! I here the company is now down to only a few advisors however they must share their commission with Joann. They are so paranoid about people stealing their clients they have to be in almost every meeting with the client even if they have another one of their employees do the selling. Let me start off on what you can expect when you consider going through their crash proof retirement program. 

The show will consist of Joann saying onlyn a few words to introduce Phil. The employees are great however they hold back the eye roles and disgust! Joann is not what you call a speaker and the less she says the better. Not as refined as she believes herself to be. Phil however is the speaker and has alot of information that is the truth. However everyone knows that alittle bit of truth can get you into trouble. They make the semi-educated believe that insurance based annuities are the only safe way to go. You will be mad to believe that the market is going to crash soon because it is over due. That may be true however in some clips you will only hear a small amount of the excerts from some of the videos he will show you. If you are interested in learning more then you fill out the "BLUE" sheet. This is so they can call you to set up your first meeting. After listening and watching the clips his media people created you will sit for either lunch or dinner. While finishing your meal you will see the employees walking around to set your appointment. You will never hear about the security guard that was hired. He was hired not only because Phil used to walk around with a bullet proff vest on but to keep him away from the bar!! Thats right I said BAR. If they were not worried about Phil's death threats because he screwed some people over (clients) then it was to keep him away from the bar so Phil and Joann would not get into a knock out drag out fight. They have not sham!! It has happened in front of employees several times. 

Your first or second appointments you will speak to I think it is now down to one person. Seems like a very nice man however that is because I hear their top guy finally had enough and quit!! It is a shame because he was the most knowledgable person there! They only have two to three people left that know anything about annuities that are qualified to speak on the matter. It is a shame because those employees are so over worked it is rediculous!! Phil and Joann believe if they over pay two or three employees they will stay. Everyone knows however that everyone has a braking point. Just because you over pay someone doesn't mean they can do the job that five to six people should be doing. It is a shame to hear that the employees get screemed at like they are 12 years old. I can't even begin to understand how or why they put up with it. I know people are scared to not have a job and need to eat and pay mortgages and rent but I can't imagine what it is like having your self respect and dignity ripped from you. As much as they would love to say " screw off"" you are horrible people" they think about their bills and put up with it until they find other employment. However, they have that covered to!! If you only give your employees a few days off a year they can only afford to take a few days off to look for a job or go on an interview. If their clients could only speak with the employees without Phil and Joann around they would run the other direction. This includes Phil's head guy Daniel. If you met this man outside of First Senior he would be more than happy to tell you how horrible it is to work there. He will say it with a smile and let you know he stays there for his nice size check. He will almost giggle as he lets you know his wife used to work there as well. If you ask him why she doesn't work there I gaurantee you he will reply " the offical reason or the real reason". As he puts it and the employees would put it is because she HATED Phil and Joann. They belittle everyone that works there. They treat people like they are all idiots and that they don't know what they are doing. Employees laugh when they are made to do call training even if that is what they did for years and years prior. What might be acceptable one day changes the next. It is even funnier when they hire people that make their resume look like they are true professionals and half the time the employees know more about being professional. The one I feel horrible for is the youngest that works there.  For some reason Daniel and one or two others have a issue with Phil's daughter. She is a sweet kid!  SHe never says anything bad about her dad however no one is really sure what Daniel's issue is with her. Some believe he wants to run the show if anything happens to Phil and Joann so he needs her out of the way. All anyone knows is that he definatly has a serious issue with her!!!He has made that clear to almost every employee but everyone is to afraid to loose their jobs if they speak up about it. 

Before I go any further this is not a place you would want to work if you are professional or have any self respect. Your first day will be everyone telling you how screwed up the place is. Even if you think you can make a change you will shortly figure out you can't. You can't fix something that doesn't want to be fixed. You can't  clean the place up when you have so many people that HATE working there and only stay because they receive a nice size pay check. If you are overpaid you will but up with ALOT, but doesn't make you loyal!!!!Then you have other employees inform you how they take Joann's continuing ed classes for her. They videoed it on their cell phone and sent it to their computer thinking that would make their job safe!! WOW!! You will hear the stories on how so many people either quit or get fired. You will hear some employees be proud of snowing Joann. It is a real shame. There are a few there that make it so they could barely run if run at all if they left. 

Most people are not told how much the company makes off of each annuity they write. The company received a nice size commission. That is why Joann's name is on every app whether she is there or not. There are other things I don't want to write because there are things that are in progress. Employees are finely having ENOUGH! They are getting smart, like e-mailing things  to therir own PC in case they want to report them. Like I said a pay check doesn't make you loyal!! Videos that were taken and sent again to theri own PC........ I personaly will be monitoring the sites for more information. I am waiting for a few things to happened. There are people that have so much information and have gone to direct competitors or the insurance commission. You can only scream at people, belittle people... before they start to get mad and want to get even. The sadest part about it all is their head guy would sit with some of these people in his office and knows alot about it. It may take a bit but I will be waiting to see what information gets posted when all this goes down.

   It should be noted, ScammerTracker and Joan were believed to be affiliated with a fraud group in Ukraine but after confirming the location of the IP address and that of SeattleVet, it has verified that these new policies are from Joan and her thugs at Garrison/IntaCapital. Comically, they accuse others of this practice of hiding behind aliases, etc. on their websites.

These individuals are desperate to discredit and silence and it is evidenced by planting fictional stories (with zero details, facts, or 3rd party confirmations). [more to come]....
