We were approached by Phoenix who suggested they had people interested in my business, Of course they did not. Netherless the Agent a Mr Peter Abbott persuaded me to sign up for A no sale no fee marketing of my business for a 6 month period.
( It was explained that if we cancelled in this 6 months we would have to pay a fee) we heard very little until month seven when a prospective purchaser was introduced.
I was surprised and said so as I assumed we had been forgotten and was told to cancel the agreement if I wished. This apparently triggers a bill for 3k regardless of whether they have done any work or not despite being outside the 6 months period.
DO NOT TOUCH these con men WITH A BARGE POLE They are crooks
