Our relationship with Phoenix Nap started with searching for a HONEST data center to put our computer servers at.

We were given the full sales pitch on how Phoenix Nap had integrity, fast support, free remote hands on and on by the senoir sales woman that goes by the name of Nancy Abele. (Please free to contact to her and voice your problems that you might have had with her) This woman promised everything literally the world.

Everything seemed too good to be true until we paid our first payment. (1st and 2nd month upfront of course)

The way this company does their business seems a little odd compared to other data centers but this all was explained in detail by Nancy Abele and TJ Waldorf (His title is Director, Sales Operations) all was good. This all changed VERY fast, immediately as soon we found out that Joel Pritchard (former IP broker, pornography spammer) got involved. (We found this out by accident)

How we found out something very strange was going because our IP address's were completley blacklisted. (We purchased Phoenix Naps blended bandwidth solution, we sent a few emails to some of our clients and those emails were rejected for spam WE ARE NOT SPAMMERS). We found out that the actual company that owned these ip addresses is a company called secured servers llc cleantalk.org/blacklists/AS20454

As a company that has nothing to do with SPAMMING or MASS Marketing of any kind we were SHOCKED how we were lied to. We also found out through our research that the way this company makes it money is with (((REDACTED)))After finding out this information and confronting Phoenix Nap, Nancy and TJ about this issue all the problems began heavy.

The NOC started to refuse our calls, refusing to help us with anything!

Numerous times when asking for remote reboots on our servers which is included in our $6,000 colocation bill the tech's just hung the phone up on our staff.

This company is the most unprofessional company we have ever encountered.

This where Joel Pritchard comes into the picture. Personally I almost lost my job because of this man. His connection to Phoenix Nap seems to be that he is the person who controls all the IP SPACE at the company and apparently is (((REDACTED))). This 28 year old script kiddie decided to start demanding the strangest things from us and myself.

He told my boss and myself point blank! You are in contract,(((REDACTED))) DEAL WITH IT! He then began to verabally attack my boss saying that I caused this problem, I told my boss how could I possibly cause this problem? The website, (((REDACTED))).

Anyone looking for reliable data center, please do your research! This was the worst nightmare for a christian company. Please be careful!
