first of all, i have no complant with ebay where this all started, i bought a transmission from a company in aspine Co, i'm not sure what happen but they were bought out by Phoenix transmission and i am so sorry that aspine was bought out, in the month of May 08 i sent a defective transmission to phoenix transmission, i was told buy Frank & Gabberial that i would receive a transmission with in a week once they get the comfirmation that i had sent them the transmission, i sent the transmission and called Gab, with the tracking number and was told he would call me with the tracking number that i can see where the new transmission is, I NEVER GOT THAT CALL!!! i maybe have 4 to 8 times and 3 weeks later, i get the transmission,

so now the transmission is installed and i pray to the high heavens nothing goes worng becasue i surelly do not wish to do anymore business with them, So now it's the end of June and now i should get a refund for the labor charges for the removale & replacment of the transmission, which if you goto there web site there is a refund of $35.00 per book hours,

now were in the month of July and i have called & called & called etc.... and the only person that talks to me is willow, i feel bad for this women because she has to take the abuse from people calling in when she shouldn't be in the line of fire, i have left so many messages i lost count,

so now where in the month of August, 11 and still i have gotten no refund nor a phone call from this company, and i have no hardship posting this letter, i just hope willow can find a better company to work for,

i paid $1400.00 for this transmission when this all started, i was to get top of the line service for what i paid for and all i got is a transmission and a pain in the ear with all the phone calls, if there is another web site that i can file a report agaist this company, please waste no time and let me know

for those that have not bought a transmission from this company as of yet, please check around your home town, you may spend a little more money but you will be so much ahead then to deal with this company, you have been for warned
