Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions Scam Artists Beware they lie and will cheat you out of your money!! And will not try to resolve any problems. Phoenix Arizona

I purchased this transmission from them on 8/16/06 and upon installing it it did not work was defective/wrong one. I also purchased a platinum warranty with this trans. which is suppose to cover labor at the rate of $35.00 an hour, all shipping charges as well as all parts. When I installed this transmission it would not shift out of first gear, I contacted the dealership in waycross and they told me that the transmission they sent me was out of a older model and that the gov. press. soleniod and the transducer was the wrong ones and that was why it will not shift. You can not look at the trans. and tell that it is different. I called and spoke with Gabriel in the tech. dept. and he told me to replace them and try that to see if it will work, I did at my own expense and the transmission worked but only for about 6-8 months and started doing the same thing.
I own my on repair shop in waycross so I know what I am talking about when it comes to the repairs and problems with this trans. But I called and spoke with Gabriel again and he wanted a second opinion, I told him that the gov. press. sol. was bad and needed replacing again or actually the whole transmission needed replacing with the right transmission, well he told me to take it to the dealership and get a second opinion which I did at my own expense and they told me the same thing. The gov. pressure reading was low and that if there was any metal in the pan the trans. would have to be replaced. I called and spoke back with Gabriel and informed him of this and he sent me out the replacement parts to repair this defective trans. and he told me that they couldn't reimburse me with the money I am out of to have it checked at the dealership or the fliuds,[although it does not say that in the warranty papers] but he did say that they would reimburse me with the labor cost to replace it. But they didn't, and upon me replacing the parts there was a lot of metal/debris in the pan and I installed a inline filter to help catch any debris in the fluid, the trans. worked till about 6 weeks ago. I called and spoke with Gabriel again and informed him that I will not replace nothing else on this transmission to please send me out a replacement, He lied to me and said they didn't have a replacement. I got him on recording saying that and well when I went to their site on ebay they have 4 listed for sale right now and cheaper than what I paid for this one. I got mad as any body would and wrote them a email telling them I was tired of being lied to and either I wanted my money back for this transmission or a replacement one sent out. They wrote me back calling me a ignorant low-life, I do not care to replace this transmission with anything they have it would only lead to more problems with them and their so-called business. I just want my money back. I have tried to work this out with gabriel and he will not return my calls, I have him on recording saying that he will fax me the paperwork to return this transmission but he has not contacted my back and that was a month ago. I have called them repeatedly and no call back. I really don't wont to deal with this company any more, I would rather just have my money refunded. But at the least they have an obligation to replace this wrong/defective transmission as well as reimburse me the labor amounts I am out of repairing this defective transmission. Please if y'all can help me with this I would greatly Appreciate it.

My next alternative is to contact a lawyer to persue this in small claims court. I am out of replacing the solenoids and the tranducer twice, The first ones I purchased from the dealership and I have copies of the invoice to prove it. I am also out of the fluids twice, as well as the labor twice. All that would total up to about $293.00 parts and labor plus the amount I paid them for this trans. which is $1655.00 also due to the fact that they have lied to me and treated me so grossly I am seeking all money I am out of for not having my truck running, I have to rely on my truck for towing to bring jobs in to my shop and since they will not help me that amount already totals up to $800.00. All that together totals up to $2748.00

I don't know what else to do other than try and warn other people about this company, They are complete frauds and liars. Please stay away from this company and I have alos contacted other customers from them and their stories are almost the same as mine. Wish us the best on getting this so-called company put out of business and holding the person's accountable for their actions.
