Phoenix State University Failure to produce any type of response after taking payment Internet

I "purchased" the three part Pastoral Counseling License offered by this company and completed all aspects of the requirements. The purchase was made in May 2008 - I have made numerous attempts to contact them and all I get is a computer generated "do not reply" response. One time I found a phone number and the same response - (nothing)

I spent money trying to locate them and I believe they have a Delaware "address" but may be located in Canada.

They offer multiple programs but appear to be taking people's money and you never hear from them again.

I am prepared to turn this over to the legal authorities. Has anyone else had problems with this company? They are not University of Phoenix, just a rip off on their reputation with a similar name.
