Phoenix Termite And Pest Control Multiple Charges! Everything is a new charge!!! Phoenix Arizona

I called Phoenix Termite and Pest Control on Saturday the 2nd of August. I spoke to Kevin (a supervisor, how lucky!!). He was on his way out the door, but told me how their services worked...$85 they would come out, remove my wasp nests that I could see, and they would look around to make sure I didnt have any additional wasps or nests.

I had spoken to a dozen companies that day, the price was reasonable, so I hired them for the 4th.
Richard was the tech that came to my house. He sprayed a little poison, took the nest out and asked for my $. I told him I was under the impression that he check the rest of the yard, my ivy, i.e. because thats what I was told.

He reluctantly went back in the yard (for maybe 3 minutes...) told me there was definately no more wasps. I paid him, he left.

TWO DAYS LATER I called to let them know there were just as many wasps as before! A nice lady told me that it can take three or four days for the "stragglers" to go away. So I waited.

A week later I am in the backyard and I SEE the other nests. They are completely obvious if you look!
I called the co. and complained. They were going to send a new tech the very next day. How great!

Five minutes later I get a phone call from a little punk named James Marion. He makes me retell the entire story. He tells me that its my fault, I only had a 7 day guarantee??? And it has to be the same nest....how is that possible if it was removed?

A half hour later, he explains that he is being groomed to be a "high end" manager there so I cant talk to a supervisor. They would not refund my money, and they want to charge me another $85 to come back out!!!!

I have tried to contact the supervisors. Jerry is the Gen. Manager and someone named Don is the CEO. Neither will take my call and they will not work with me PERIOD. I call, they hang up. Anyone know a good small claims guy??

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
