You can see from the email that the English is not Western English in some places...thats because they operate from Malaysia.

If you call customer service, which is a Long Island NY answering machine, you will not get through because it asks for theextension of the persion you would like to reach.

As you can see from the email their business hours do not include weekend days, yet I ordered on Saturday...so the 12 hour rule wont even apply...I would be waiting until Tuesday (Monday being Xmas) for someone to call and "verify" whatever it is they feel they have to verify...

They have a website up and running and taking and charging American( and other) credit cards for a service they only can "verify" and provide Monday-Friday and charge for that service immediately yet do not provide the service timely. That is fraud and deception in it's most basic form.

This kind of nonsense may pass muster in Malaysia but it does not in the States. They state several times on their website that they capture your IP address in the event of fraud...is this to divert attention away from their fraud? IP addresses are not hard to track in fact easier than phone numbers in some cases..maybe if they cleaned up their act they wouldn't need to be so paranoid.

Do not use this silly overseas confidence scam. There are better local companies that will be accountable for methods that you can contact if you should have a problem.

AUTHOR: Anton - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, December 24, 2006

I applied for the phonecard on their website at 5:55am. When I received the email I pasted into the previous post about verification in 12 hours.

I sent them an email requesting immediate refund of my money since, according to their, policy about 12 hour waiting period and needing to contact me to verify information, I would not receive the PIN until Tuesday, this being a holiday weekend and their hours posted as M-F 9-5pm

At 1:16 pm the same day I received a PIN number. 12 hours later. Noone has called me to verify anything.

So the verification process apparently does not exist...

I attempted to contact them via the Long island NY exchange they give but unless you have the extension number of the person you want to reach you cannot use the service...

The last line of their email to me said once you get a PIN you cannot get a refund.

I am assuming that's why I was sent a PIN without verification...who knows.

Very unprofessional.

I will take heed to the first email someone else posted on this company and only use the card when I am making a call that takes the full amount of time on the card so as not to be cutoff when only 50% of the minutes have been used as they were.

Again, find a company that is forthcoming with their policies and operates from the USA with a real phone and real street address for your own security. Their security is an answering machine and working out of Malaysia.
