They are TERRIBLE!!
They failed to direct my toll free number to the number I requested--who knows where my clients are calling to.
I'm getting weird calls from Ohio. People are responding to a recording they hear when they answer their phones saying that they need to call my number b/c its urgent.
They are SO hard to get a hold of. I have a crick in my neck from having to be on hold for so long.
I'm so so upset. If you care about your business at all, please sign up with another service.

You can reach us by phone at 1-800-510-5500 or by email from our website. Please note that because our customers' time is important to us, if call volume is high you may be transferred to voice mail. If leaving a message or sending an email, you can expect a response within 1 business day. As a customer you also have the additional option of opening up a support case via our Online Control Panel & Support Center.
Call forwarding is controlled by the customer and can be changed at anytime by logging in to the Online Control Panel & Support Center.
With regard to calls to the toll free number; numbers are constantly being recycled back to SMS/800 (the agency that assigns numbers to RespOrgs) much like a cell phone or even home number. Any pre-existing advertising or messaging associated with that number can result in calls. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. We offer customers the unique opportunity to select the toll free number associated with their service from our website directly. These numbers are provided directly from the National Database.
