6/21/10 2:53 PM I ordered Canon EOS Rebel T2i Kit with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens for $794.99 with free shippind and no taxes on Thursday, June 17, 2010 online on https://photovideosuperstore.com/ website. I received e-mail with order confirmation. Today, Monday, June 21, 2010 the on-line status of my order still was "New Order", there was no tracking number available, nobody called nor e-mailed me in more than 48 business hours (3 working days - they are open on Sunday) since I placed my order. It is promised on the web site that the order has to be shipped in 24 - 48 business hours. The item that I ordered was listed as available at the time of the order and is listed as available now on the store web site. Therefore, I was compelled to call to sales of this store today and cancel my order. I had no problem reaching them over the phone - the time on the hold was reasonable. As I was promised over the phone, I received e-mail, confirming the cancellation. My order was not processed as promised without any explanation. I noted that the price on the camera kit in this store dropped to $769, so I decided to give this store one more chance. I ordered same camera again, on Monday, June 21, 2010. I waited untill Wednesday night (more than promised 48 business hours), but as before, my order never has been processed. I got a phone call from the store only after they received my e-mail with the request to cancel my second order. I confirmed over the phone that I like to cancel it. However, this time I never get the e-mail with confirmation for cancelling and I just discovered that my account in this store was completely deleted, so I can no longer verify the status of my order online. This online store consistently ignores the orders placed online. According to http://thoughts-of-dave.blogspot.com/2009/12/photovideosuperstore-looks-sketchy.html this online store is in bait - and - switch business and belongs to Mega Wholesale that also is (or was) running other bait - and - switch businesses: thecameraprofessionals.com, ubuydigital.com, supreme cameras. The name of the owner of these fraudent businesses is Moussa Swed. When I go to some parts of this online store, Windows Explorer reports that the "security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address. Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server".
