Attention!! New Graduates! Think twice before you order your pictures with Chappell Studio!! Chappell Studio works with their collection agency to f**k up your credit report! They lie about their services!

First, They sent you the pictures without your cheque being cleared. In the main time, you recieve the pictures, thinking, wow, my cheque must has gone through already! Now i can use the rest of the money to pay for my student debt!! Then they deposit the cheque 25 days later.

A month later, you recieve a letter in the mail from International Collection Service, stating that you owe chappell studio money and that your credit report has been f***ed! What the F**K! Chappell studio sent your information staight to a collection agency without EVER contacting you first! What the hell are all the customer service ppl for then! It's common sense that companies should always contact their customer first before taking this kind of action! Oh WAIT! I guess we're just a bunch of students who can easily be f***ed over! I guess Chappell studio just simply don't give a s**t about students. That's funny because you make a living making money off us on your overpriced photos!!!

WAIT! Here comes the BEST part! so you owe them money in Canadian Dollars, well, guess what, the collection agency doesn't accept Canadian Dollars!!! ONly USD! NOw you're really getting ripped off here! Pay MORE than you suppose to.

Funny thing is, Chappell studio says they changed their collection agency to this one because this one accepts CAD, but the collection agency says that Chappell has been their client for years and they DO NOT accept CAD!

BIG FAT LYING COWS!!! YOu see, now they're working together to f**k you over on your credit report, And rip you off your hard earned money, especially true for students!!

All the phone calls to their customer service ppl would probably pile up a nice long phone bill. SO Students!!! HAVE your Families take your own photos, don't use their service. Because trust me, all that brought was frustration and anger instead of happy memories of my graduation!
