I WILL BE PERSUING WHATEVER ACTION WILL BE NECESSARY! THIS IS NOTHING BUT A TOTAL RIPOFF AND IF THERE WAS ANYTHING TO THERE HAVING PROBLEMS THE RIGHT THING TO HAVE DONE IS AT LEAST NOTIFY THERE CUSTOMERS.

EDiotr's NOTE::

A class action is very costly. If the company is Bankrupt, there is no money to go after. The only way to get money out of them is to get them criminally if it could be proven they had the intent to defraud everyone. That might be hard to prove.
