PHPPennyAuction Scriptmatix Ltd. Selling Bad Software, Internet

PHP Penny Auction (Scriptmax ltd.) sold us a bad script. A script that they claim can be up and running in minutes with little or no expertise in coding. False advertising. One month later we still cannot get a straight answer from them about why or what the problem is. To make it even worse is that they have all but a few clients experiencing the same issues. They have offered no fix and one of their staff claimed that they are busy with new clients. Well the script cost us $749.00 and all the time and outside resources are wasted.

Their solution is to point the finger at our hosting and server configurations, well we worked 3 days straight with our tech support on our servers to try and pin point the issues and even installed a completely different script and the different script worked. Also all of us (PHP Penny Auction Clients) are experiencing the exact same issues around the world. The problems in the script can actually make you lose money and/or destroy your business.

Their support service is very poor and un-knowledgeable. If they would've been straight with us everything would have had a different result, but they chose to lie, deceive us all and ignore our problems to sell more scripts.
We tried to resolve the issue, but we are tired of hearing excuses. So that is why we want to report on them for us and everyone else whom they ripped off.
