His license number is D47699, he gratuated in 1992, his license was issued in 07/12/1995 and it expires 09/30/2008, he graduated from: ALBANY MED COLLege. He treates patients VERY bad. He touches them also. So BEWARE. Bring someone to the hospital with you when they are admitted. He is a sexual preditor and is still practicing. he also touched little children. Beware!!!!!!! His description is about 5' 8, about 45 years old, bald head, and white. He is a rapist, so beware. If you get this doctor, immediately request to have another doctor

crazy? lol the only person crazy is that petifile Ronald Kinsey and you.......there are so many people that is watching him due to crap he has done to patients. he cant hide in bethesda forever. you dont do stuff to people and then expect to get away with it.......i am a witness to all the posting i see about him........i got a complaint that he touched my son the wrong way...nasty sick bas*ard...he needs to be on the rapist list....im glad someone also created a page (secret website) with his pic and all of his information including the hospital he works at and his home location.....he is a sick waist of human life.......i wouldnt be surprise if his family approves of his behavior......someone needs to * ....im sure he will like that....he destroys peoples lives and gets away with it. pathetic....he will burn and rot in hell like the trash he is

The fact that rip off report posts these false statements is unbelievable. Rip off report has just created a bigger rip-off by allowing any unnamed person to write wild and untrue statements. If this vile and crazy person has proof and or wishes to make public their identity we can show why this was posted to begin with. There are mentally ill and sick people in this world. But rip off report is really doing a disservice to us all.
