Epcon Solar ripped me and dozens of other Nevada residents off. Most of the ones they targeted are elderly and easily fooled.

They are not licensed to operate in Nevada so therefore all of their installations there are not covered by any warranty (that is those they finished). In my case they messed up the application for the Nevada Energy Renewable Generations Incentive and cost me over two thousand dollars.

The owner Pablo Curiel is being prosecuted by the Nevada State Contractors Board for operating in Nevada unlicensed. There are many incidents where they took peoples money and never started construction.

The ones who are in mid-construction are the worst off because the Contractors Board has issued cease and desist orders to both Epcon and their in-state contractor, Franko Electric. These people will either have to hire their own contractors to complete the work or remove the partly finished panels from their houses.

Ripoff Report somehow has given them a trusted rating but do not believe it. All the statements on Ripoff by Curiel are untrue and self serving.
