A dream come true??? More like a false reality. I worked for this company for over a year. After following all proceedures and meeting all the requirements for the bonus payouts.. But guess what, the money never came.. Period after period and quarter after quarter. Calling corp meant you spent the next hour getting the run around.
The first couple months were great.. Seemed like I had found just where I wanted to be. Then, things started to break that I had to pay for to fix. Money that was promised had not arrived. I was foolish and stuck with it reaching for the light at the end of the tunnel..
In January of this year 2011, my husband and I recieved the news we were having another child. This was the real breaking point. After informing my boss things took a massive dive. She became confrontational on her visits, I was accused of proceedure violations, stealing, amongst many other things. Throughout this time I had stayed holding my head high. I was not going to give up. Within my 3rd trimester I was forced to travel to other studios. Some were over 100 miles from my home. Many threats for my job came throughout this time as well. Three weeks before I was to be taking my leave she terminated me from my position. To be honest I felt relief for the first time in a long time.. However, all the past year + is now wasted. All the conference calls not paid for, the travel expenses not paid, props and studio equiptment purchased but not reinbursted for.... This report does not even begin to describe what this experience was like. Who is there to stop this from happening? Who is going to make them pay???????

Shelley, you know this is NOT true. At one time you were a top contender in the district. Around July august you fell to the bottom of the barrel. You never worked your shifts. You would beg other managers to fix your time so you could leave early uncaught. You let the bulk of your workload fall on the shoulders of a new employee. You did steal from the company. Everytime you left early but changed your time to reflect a full shift you were stealing time and money. When you had an employee take your wedding pics and paid her with company money that was stealing. Wanda is not the easiest person to work for, but she's not the witch you make her out to be. Every meeting and travel time we do we get paid for. It's up to US to put the time in. after a year with the company I would think you would know that. As far as repairs, call tech support. If they can't fix it they send you a new one. Spending your own money was stupid as the company tells you not to in the policies tab under studio administrations. And as far as the instigating you are currently doing, popping up between two studios and constantly calling, stop. we aren't your friends. Don't come to one studio and say blah blah blah then run back to another and say well this person said this. It's childish. Grow up and accept the act that this is a performance based company and you stopped performing to company standards therefore you lost your job.

Hi, Im writing this to let every one know about my experience at picture me studio in batesburg sc. .my girl friend and i have our pictures taken with our kids about once a month and have for sometime. The last visit will be our last.
We showed up around 9:30--10:00 am, to have our pictures taken but instead of having our picture taken we had to listen to the manager on a conference call along with a bunch of other people on the conference getting blasted by there boss on the other end of the phone!! It got so bad that my girl friend had to take are kids out of the studio,because the lady on the other end of the phone was saying things like the f**K,dumb a**,and just talking down to every one on the phone.
The whole time the lady that was going to take our picture she was red faced and keep saying she was sorry because her boss wouldn't stop yelling long enough so she could let her know that she had a customer. This was not the first time i had heard this it had happen two other times we were there, but this was the last time we will ever have to listen to it. I pray that some one does something to help these managers because no one deserves to be talked to that way. We actually loved the girl that is there. People don't deserve this. That lady needs something done to her..
